Why we exist
Conventional offices are built for desks, not people. Most teams dread coming in — and it shows in retention and output.
Long lock-ins and fixed 9-to-5 layouts leave no room for teams that scale, shrink, or simply work on their own schedule.
Remote work removed the commute — and with it, the serendipitous collaboration that builds companies and careers.
Coffee shops have the energy, but unreliable Wi-Fi, no privacy, and nowhere to take a call. Great for an hour, not a workday.
The space
From heads-down focus to client meetings to a proper espresso between calls — the floor is planned so each kind of work has a home, at roughly 26 sq ft per seat.
Glass-walled meeting rooms, soundproof pods, and a real barista bar anchor the layout, with quiet zones kept deliberately apart from the social hub.
